1. Our Services

Our website offers you the ability to browse and purchase products from a wide range of global brands. We also handle shipping and delivery and provide 24/7 customer support.

We strive for the accuracy of product descriptions, but if you require more details, you can always contact our customer service team. While we strive to accurately display product colours, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will fully display the actual colour of the product.

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We may cancel part or all of an order if the product is unavailable or if there is a price error. You have the right to review and amend your order before completing the purchase to verify the details (such as product type, quantity, size, and colour).

If you return an item, any taxes and import duties included in the purchase price will be refunded. If these duties are not included, you must contact your local customs office to obtain a refund. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the delivery driver will leave a notice to reschedule the delivery.

2. Delivery

We offer delivery service 7 days a week. Shipping fees vary depending on the type of service and geographic location. Expedited delivery is available to most areas, while express delivery is available to some countries. Available delivery options for your location will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are guidelines only and are based on the shipping date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or payment issues, but we work hard to minimize any delays that may occur.

Depending on your location, different shipping companies may be used. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your order, but this does not confirm order acceptance. Your order will only be confirmed after payment verification, address verification, and shipping confirmation. After your order is processed, a second email will be sent to confirm order acceptance. If there are any problems, you will be notified immediately and no refund will be charged.

3. Order Tracking

After completing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. All orders are processed within two business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order at any time through the “Orders & Returns” section of your personal account.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but customs delays or payment issues may result in unexpected delays.

4. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it’s ready for shipping (usually when the shipping label is printed), you’ll receive a full refund, including shipping fees. If you cancel after the order is ready for shipping, you’ll need to return the items. After the returned items are received, a full refund will be processed.

Refund requests are processed within 14 days, although this period may vary depending on your payment provider. Returns are accepted from the date the order was received.

5. Return Policy

To ensure return acceptance, the products must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging

Security tags or trademarks must remain in their original place.

Sanitary seals, if present, must remain closed and undamaged.

Swimwear should only be tried on over underwear. We will not accept worn or stained items.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and oils cannot be returned.

The refund amount will be credited to your account once the returned items are approved. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website, but it will not appear on your bank statement.
Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our returns process see Section 5 and place a new order for the replacement.
