Our website allows you to browse and purchase products from numerous brands around the world. As part of our services, we handle product deliveries and offer customer service support.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but if you need further details, feel free to contact our customer service team. While we aim to display product colors accurately, we cannot guarantee your screen will reflect the true color.

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We may cancel all or part of an order if the product is unavailable or the price is incorrect. You can review and amend your order before completing your purchase to ensure all details (such as product type, quantity, size, and color) are accurate.

If you return an item, any taxes and import duties that were included in the purchase price will be refunded. However, if they were not included, you must contact your local customs office for reimbursement.If no one is present to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a note for you to rearrange delivery.

2. Delivery

We offer delivery every day of the week. Shipping fees vary based on the delivery service and destination. Express delivery is available for most locations, and standard delivery is offered in select countries. Delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide based on the shipping date. We are not responsible for customs delays or payment issues, but we will do our best to reduce any potential disruptions.

Depending on your location, different couriers may be used. You will receive an order confirmation email when we have received your order. However, this does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders will only be accepted after payment approval, address verification, and shipment of the items. A second email will confirm the order once processed. If any issues arise, you will be informed, and payment will not be taken.

3. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order details. Orders are processed within two business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in the “Orders & Returns” section of your account.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We aim for on-time delivery, but customs or payment delays may cause unforeseen hold-ups.

4. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it is prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), you will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees. Orders canceled after shipment preparation will require you to return the items. Once returned, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days, but the timing may vary depending on your payment provider. Returns are accepted from the day the order is delivered.

5. Return Policy

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Security or brand tags must be in their original position.
  • Hygiene seals, if applicable, must remain unopened and undamaged.
  • Swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept worn or soiled items.
  • Underwear and oils cannot be returned.

The refund amount will be credited to your account once the returned items are approved. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website, but it will not appear on your bank statement.
Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our returns process (see Section 5) and place a new order for the replacement.
