General Conditions
- All returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Security tags, brand labels, and sanitary seals (if applicable) must remain intact and unopened.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Hygiene & Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear (All types)
- Shapewear
- Corsets & Teddies
- Body Oils and Intimates Accessories
Swimwear
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
- We cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, stained, or has damaged hygiene seals.
Eligible Categories & Timeframe
- Pajamas, sleepwear, robes, t-shirts, shorts, and pants may be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Requests received after this period cannot be processed.

Item Return Policies
Once we receive returned items, they will undergo a quality inspection. If the item is found to be damaged, altered from its original condition, or shows signs of misuse, we reserve the right to decline the return and refund. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you.
If delivery of the returned item is refused, we will hold the item for up to three (3) months from the date it is returned to us by the courier. After this period, we may dispose of the item at our discretion, and by refusing delivery you agree to waive any right to reclaim the item.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and approved through our inspection process. Once approved, we will issue a refund for the full value of the undamaged items returned (excluding, where applicable, original delivery charges and cash handling fees).
All refunds will be made either via bank transfer or directly to the same bank account/payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval, though the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow our standard returns process and place a new order for the desired replacement item.
