  • The item must be full price; discounted, promotional, outlet, second-hand, and sale items do not qualify.
  • It must be in stock on a registered competitor’s* website at the time of your claim.
  • The price must be in AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, or QAR. If not, we will convert it to USD, GBP, EUR, or an equivalent market rate.
  • Price guarantee claims are valid only after your purchase and delivery from Villa Rochelle and must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
  • This policy applies to individual items, not the total cart value.
